12/20

I finished week 1 of phase 2 this week. I haven't been as good with my nutrition this week. I also haven't gotten the running in that I wanted to add. Too much preparation for Christmas.

We got 11 inches of snow here last night and I have been here at work since Sat. night. I will have been here for 36hrs. when I get home on Mon. morning.

I will be starting week 2 of phase 2 tommorrow morning then out to finish up Christmas shopping. Busy week. I will work more on my nutrtion this week. I have to work on Christmas Eve so my wife will have to put out all the presents after the kids go to bed.

12/11

Recovery week is going good. Yesterday went out for a 2.5 mile run. Felt amazing. I can't believe how much energy I have. I did the run and then came home and did X-stretch and when I was done felt like I wanted to do more.

Went to a christmas party last night and had some beers and the food wasn't the healthiest. Tried to stay with the chicken but had a spoonful of sausage and peppers.

Anyway I will be doing Core Synergystics later tonight and running on the treadmill after. Until next time.

Today was day 2 of the first recovery week.

12/3 Yoga
12/4 Legs & Back/ ab RipperX
12/5 KenpoX
12/6 X stretch
12/7 Yoga X
12/8 Core Synergystics

I have been keeping up with all my workouts regularly. My Nutrition hasn't been as clean as I would like but I will work on that for the next phase.

We usually play basketball with the guys from work on Tuesday nights. Last Tuesday really killed me because you are always hearing how everyone wants to get into shape and all that. We get the gym one night a week and we had 3 people show up. This bothers me so much.

These were taken right after the workout this morning. Did them by myself thats why they are not perfect.HA HA

Shoulders and Arms/Ab ripper X done this morning. I upped the weight on all the exercises this morning to really push it.
Recovery Drink came in handy too.

Nutrition was ok so far today had a Choclate Shakeology for lunch, added banana, Peanut butter and a shot of peppermint extract. MMMMM MMMMM Good.

I was able to keep up with Tony and the Kids on Plyo today even when they do double time. I can feel myself getting stronger and it is getting easier each day. Finally got my recovery drink. I ordered Fountain of Youth Yoga from Tony's One on One series.
