11/23/09

I didn't get to post the rest of the week. May make it a weekly update.

11/20/09 - Legs and back/ Ab RipperX This workout kills me
11/21/09 - KenpoX Love this workout goes by so fast!
11/22/09 - Supposed to be a rest day, but I did power90 Fat Burner Express workout instead of Xstretch
nutrition was good until Sun. Had a few potato chips during the football games!

11/23/09 - Chest and Back/ 2 Mile run/ Ab RipperX Felt super energetic this morning.
Breakfast was a Greenberry Shakeology with OJ and some Blackberries added in. Going shopping for my food for the week.
Lunch was a turkey sandwich on whole wheat.
Dinner was stuffed flounder with lump crab meat.

My Goal is to be under 200lbs by the end of the year. Weighed in on Sun. morning at 212

11/19/09

Day 4 YogaX done. I had very little problem with all the moves. It's amazing how much you really sweat doing Yoga.

I was tired again this morning. not much sleep last night at work. We had a car fire and a couple calls.

Nutrition was so so today. Didn't get to have breakfast until 1045 because we had a late call and didn't get home on time.
Did have my Shakeology for lunch though.

11/18/09

Day 3 Shoulders and Arms/ Ab ripperX Done. It wasn't too bad this morning a little tired but pushed real hard. Abs were a little sore but did all the exercises with little problem. Just hard.

Eating was ok but here at work the other 2 guys aren't really good eaters YET. Trying to get them started.

Egg whites on whole wheat for breakfast. Turkey and swiss for Lunch. Shakeology for dinner.

11/17/09


Day 2 PlyoX done! Today was a killer workout. Heart rate monitor says 1503 Calories burned avg. HR 155 max 188!! WOW upside down that spells MOM. A little sore from yesterdays workout but that's to be expected.
Picture is of me drniking my recovery drink right after working out. Yes that is a beachbody t-shirt.

Cereal with a banana for breakfast. Choclate Shakeology with peanut butter and banana for lunch.

11/16/09

Today was day 1 of round 3.Chest and Back and AB Ripper X Wow!! Thats all I have to say after having 2 weeks of not being able to do anything by doctors orders. Now I'm back. Started today's journey at 214lbs. Hoping to be down under 200 by the end.

I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and gonna have a choclate Shakeology for lunch.
Dinner was grilled chicken bruschetta and mixed asian veggatables.

11/10/09

Getting ready to start my journey of my third round of P90x on Monday 11/16/09. I did CardioX this afternoon while at work. The pain in back and ribs is just about gone and I have a dr. appointment tomorrow to see if it is anything more then a muscle.
