Day 3 Shoulders and Arms/ Ab ripperX Done. It wasn't too bad this morning a little tired but pushed real hard. Abs were a little sore but did all the exercises with little problem. Just hard.
Eating was ok but here at work the other 2 guys aren't really good eaters YET. Trying to get them started.
Egg whites on whole wheat for breakfast. Turkey and swiss for Lunch. Shakeology for dinner.
