Day 2 PlyoX done! Today was a killer workout. Heart rate monitor says 1503 Calories burned avg. HR 155 max 188!! WOW upside down that spells MOM. A little sore from yesterdays workout but that's to be expected.

Cereal with a banana for breakfast. Choclate Shakeology with peanut butter and banana for lunch.
